Brewery: Erdinger Weissbrau
Type: Wheat
ABV: 5.3%
Appearance / Aroma: Clean and crisp citrus aroma with a off-white, meringue-like head. Color is a frosted yellow-orange.
Taste / Feel: The taste is light but refreshing. It has a slightly sweet and tangy feel with a layer of wheat/grain that doesn’t appear until halfway through.
Overall, great all purpose beer, but especially great for a hot summer day. I also like that it’s not as citrusy or spicy as some wheat beers I’ve had.
High rating for a wheat beer (not your favorite)!

I know… It’s cause it’s nothing like all the other wheat beers (or, the majority, anyway).

I enjoyed wheat beers much more in Germany than I do here. Maybe Canada hasn’t figured it out yet
