Kickin’ Back

Brewery: Wellington Brewery (Guelph)

Type: Dry Hopped Session Ale

ABV: 4.8%

IBU: 48

This is a delicious, SESSIONABLE ale.  The head leaves a nice lacing.  It glows like a nice wheat beer- that gorgeous orange.  It smells very fresh.  The beer is completely light and fresh but also with that bit of bitterness that only appears while drinking and is gone afterwards which is THE DREAM.  And I’m not sure I’ve ever had that before.  I have not one single complaint about this beer.  I would happily drink it every day.  Is it a spellbindingly unique and fascinating beer?  Nope.  But man it is delicious, and probably my new favorite easy drinker.

Exciting! Apparently these are fairly available at LCBO’s across Ottawa. I’m gonna get it.
