Brewery: East African Brewery (Kenya)

Type: Lager

ABV: 4.2%

Opinion: It has a fresh, sweet smell, but not overly pronounced.  Very bubbly, bright lager, yellow, nice light bright white head which sticks around a bit on the glass.  Looks fantastic.

It has a sweetness to it, like a honey additive flavour to it- which also gives it a medium-ish body which is nice for a lager.  It’s a bit watered down, I feel like this beer could be better but it’s too watered down.  It has a lingering honey tanginess, which isn’t lovely. Overall it’s OK… but for Africa…. Not bad.

A shame! It DOES look really good, though…
