Brewery: Amsterdam Brewing Company
Appearance / Aroma / Body: This beer has a wonderfully dense head with a little bit of lacing in the glass. It smells like a summer citrus fruit; tangy and sweet. Its color is a pale yellow and very pure and clear with no cloudiness.
Taste / Feel: There’s a fair amount of carbonation here, bordering on too much. Right away my mouth is hit with a bright, tangy flavor. It’s sharp and tangy at first, almost like a sour apple, turning into a sweet grain in the middle and ending with a little bitterness. The bitterness doesn’t stick around too long however you notice it a lot more throughout the entire sip once you’ve initially detected it.
Overall, decent beer.
