Brewery: Smithwick’s Brewery

Type: Irish Cream Ale

ABV: 4.3%

Taste: Thick body. Low carbonation (which is typical for a nitrogenated beer). Really smooth and a great oat/malt taste. A hint of bitterness as it sits in your mouth with the bitterness coming a bit more strongly with the aftertaste. Also has a very slight sweetness, similar to an English ale (raisin) but it’s not overpowering. Love the foaminess.

This is my favorite non-craft beer (right now, anyway).
